LAU KUPU DAY 2024

Mahalo for joining us!

Mahalo to everyone who joined us for Kupu’s Spring Lau Kupu Day on Saturday, April 6th. Lau Kupu Day is always a special event where Kupu strives to strengthen our bond with the community through a day of service and dedicated support for our youth.

In honor of Earth Day, we partnered with Kauluakalana located in Kailua, O'ʻahu whose mission is “to restore and grow healthy relationships between people and place through the aloha ʻāina practices of retelling our Kailua-specific stories, replanting and eating our ancestral foods, and caring for the sacred sites, lands, and waters of our beloved ahupuaʻa of Kailua.”

Your support of Kupu and events like these enables us to swiftly respond to community needs. With your support, Kupu has launched programs expanding employment opportunities for Maui residents and is working to reduce the harmful effects of global warming and climate change. Funds raised at Lau Kupu Day directly supports Kupu’s mission.
